GURKHAS
Ciscotas (M) Sdn. Bhd. has succesfully established a fully licenced recruitment & training center in Nepal for Gurkhas (ex armed forces) to be employed in Malaysia. Recruits are carefully screened and selected before being admitted for training. Recruits destined for Malaysia go through a comprehensive course in meeting safety and security standards set by the relevant agencies in Malaysia.

Ciscotas (M) Sdn. Bhd. is the only Malaysian security company to have an operational recrutiment and training center in Nepal to ensure only quality Gurkhas are brought in to Malaysia to work as security guards.

Our Gurkha Guards are recruited after verifying that they are ex - Nepalese or Indian Army personnel and are highly trained and disciplined. They are stationed at assignments where our clients are more discerning and do not compromise on quality. They are taught to communicate and write in English and pick up Bahasa Malaysia in a matter of months. They follow the designated standing orders and instructions to the letter which some may view as a fault. But for us at Ciscotas (M) Sdn. Bhd., prevention is better than cure …..
