Y.A.M Tengku Sulaiman Shah is the second son of his Royal Highness, the Sultan of Selangor. Upon completing his education overseas, YAM Tengku returned to Malaysia and became actively involved in business particularly in building constructions and housing development.
With his other partners, YAM Tengku formed Syarikat Pembinaan Setia Sdn Bhd (now known as SP Setia Berhad). YAM Tengku is presently a shareholder/director of several Public listed companies such as Talam Corporation, Bina Goodyear Berhad, and Cosway Corporation.
YAM Tengku is indeed very hands on and takes a keen personal interest to develop businesses, capitalizing on his vast global networking.
Dato' Dr. N. Thirumoothy brings over 22 years of unparalleled experience in the security industry, earning recognition as one of its most prominent experts through dynamic operational leadership and astute business acumen. He currently serves as Managing Director of Ciscotas (M) Sdn Bhd and sits on the boards of several reputable Malaysian organizations.
He is actively involved with non-governmental organizations, including the National Crime Prevention Network Association, where he serves as Patron supporting local and global crime prevention initiatives. He is also a Certified Member of the Council of International Investigators, U.S.A. (CII).
His contributions have been recognized with the Leadership Excellence Award (Middle East Business Leaders Awards, Dubai, 2014) and the Global Leadership Award (Malaysia, 2014 and 2015), presented by The American Leadership Development Association. A true visionary, Dato' Dr. Thirumoothy remains committed to advancing his expertise and upholding excellence in security services.
Siti Norita Binti Rahmat brings extensive experience in corporate finance, investment consulting, and business operations. She has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Nectar Group, Tuah Capital Sdn Bhd, and Citadel Capital Sdn Bhd, where she specialized in financial risk management, business development, and strategic planning. Her expertise in analyzing financial trends, handling corporate investments, and leading high-level business operations translates into a deep understanding of risk mitigation and security management.
As the Director of Ciscotas (M) Sdn Bhd, Siti Norita drives the company’s strategic vision, ensuring top-notch security solutions tailored to corporate and individual needs. Her background in financial consulting and customer service strengthens the company’s client-focused approach, delivering security services with professionalism and efficiency.
Debbie Pozzobon is a diplomatic and inspirational leader with over 25 years of international experience managing and leading multicultural, diverse teams. As a seasoned C-level professional, she goes beyond traditional tools and methodologies, fostering environments that promote sustainable success through clear communication and effective teamwork. Debbie’s expertise spans strategic business planning, outsourcing, operational restructuring, and general management, all backed by a strong financial acumen.
Her global experience includes work across Africa and Southeast Asia, where she has managed and implemented organizational restructuring, stakeholder engagement, and transformational change to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Debbie’s industry experience is diverse, covering media, writing, banking, finance, education, import/export, FMCG, security, and outsourced services. She is highly skilled in communication, deal assessment, and negotiation.
A former member of Singapore Auxiliary Police; David also being trained in Police Studies & Security Management. He constantly seeks to improve himself and is always changing to adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry brings to the team. Responsible for our customer services relationship, David’s strong client engagement places confidence for the organization and clients alike throughout the country.
Major [Rtd} Suthakaran graduated from the Royal Military College and served 31 years in the Armed Forces. With his excellent track record and his vast exposure in the field of safety and security training, he has been a consistent guiding force in maintaining a high level of professionalism, competence and excellence in security services.
